Refund Policy
Last updated 24 August 2026
Cancelled event: automatic full refund, including fees. Everything else: it depends on the organizer's policy, shown on the event page. Table splits that never fill are always refunded in full.
Cancelled events
If an organizer cancels an event, every ticket for it is refunded in full, including the service fee. You do not need to ask. Refunds go back to the card used, and banks typically show them within five to ten business days.
Postponed or materially changed events
If an event is moved to a new date, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot make the new date, you may request a refund up to fourteen days after the change is announced.
A material change means the date, the venue, or the headline act. A change of support act or set time is not a material change.
Change of mind
Tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased, because organizers commit costs against expected attendance. Individual organizers may choose to offer refunds; where they do, the policy is shown on the event page.
This does not affect any statutory right to a refund you may have where you live.
Table splits
A split table only charges deposits while it is forming. If every seat is not claimed and paid by the deadline, the split is cancelled automatically and every deposit is refunded in full. Nobody has to chase it.
Once a table locks and tickets are issued, the ordinary policy above applies.
Refused admission
Admission is at the organizer’s discretion under their own door policy, including age, ID, dress and capacity. Being refused entry is not automatically grounds for a refund from Glendi, and complaints about a door decision should go to the organizer.
If you were refused entry because the event was oversold, contact us — that is a different matter and we will look at it.
How to request a refund
Use the link in your ticket email to find your order, then contact us with the order reference. We will tell you whether it is covered by the organizer’s policy or by this one.
